Our facility is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, subject to scheduled events and availability.

Complete the rental request form or contact our Family Life Center Director to check availability and begin the reservation process.

Yes. A 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

We accept cashier's checks, money orders, and credit cards. Personal and business checks are not accepted.

Gymnasium: $150 refundable security deposit
Family Room & Conference Room: $50 refundable security deposit
Security deposits are refunded after inspection if the facility is left clean and undamaged.

Yes. Your reservation includes setup, your event, cleanup, and breakdown. Please plan accordingly.

Yes. Tables and chairs can be arranged upon request.

All cleanup, breakdown, and guests must exit the facility by 10:00 PM.

Night-before access may be available for an additional $300, based on staff and facility availability. Requests must be made in advance.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Church events receive priority. If a scheduling conflict occurs, the Family Life Center will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a refund when appropriate.
